Sun Chemical and its parent company, DIC Corporation, have successfully completed their full purchase of share in Sensient Imaging Technologies and some other assets related to the production of inks.
With this strategic investment, Sun Chemical and DIC will be able to use Sensient technologies for expanding its expertise in inkjet ink. This will further allow the company to broaden its capabilities, service standards and solutions to different customers and distribution partners.
Moreover, the acquisition also reflects the company’s commitment to sustainability as it would be able to offer range of inkjet inks for textile and dye sublimation printing technologies which are known to improve sustainability profile.
