To solve space problem Audaces only recently launched Tower Jet Printer – its unique vertical format printer. Besides its unique format qualities, the printer which is 0.6 metres in width, 1 metre in depth and 2.3 metres in height – has many speed and printing width options of 143 cm, 163 cm, 173 cm and 183 cm. Audaces’ printers are known to have printing cost less than 1 cent per square metre.
Highlighting the benefits of its new innovations, Claudio Grando, Audaces’ Business Director, says “Audaces Tower Jet is a ‘smart’ plotter; you can schedule some prints and it works by itself. Apart from this it also provides high productivity and low maintenance costs”.
Audaces Neocut, a cutting machine for fabrics, is a computer controlled cutting machine that uses the latest mechanical and electronic technologies to cut between 5 cm and 7 cm compressed spread (fabric piles) with oscillatory movements of a sharp and rigid blade. The cutting surfaces of the machine known as transporter is a flexible and compact surface made up of porous bristles to facilitate the blade penetration and allow the vacuum to concentrate on the cutting zone. A sophisticated sensor detects any air leaks and adjusts the vacuum automatically during the cut. The vacuum system of the machine is carefully designed to reduce power consumption during operation.
The machine meets the needs of the apparel and upholstery industries, as well as automotive, marine and others. “Audaces Neocut has a simple and efficient mechanism, that results in a machine with high productivity, quality and low maintenance costs,” adds Grando.
During the cutting process the cutting machine automatically sharpens the blade as they wear off, to ensure that the cut is precise and clean and the blades are more durable. A special blade guide is present which ensures the blade remains straight in relation to cutting surface. The machine uses a special gadget to modify blade position electronically and in real time which reduces blade deflection and impact of the blade with the cut material. A special characteristic of the machine is that it facilitates continuous movement of the transporter for multiple markers which greatly reduces cutting time and increases productivity.
