The term ‘ChatterBot’ was originally coined by Michael Mauldin, in 1994, to describe these conversational programs. These chatbots are combination of deep learning technologies like text-to-speech, automatic speech recognition and natural language processing, which enable them to simulate human conversation and dialogues.
