Canadian music sensation Shawn Mendes is collaborating with international e-tailer Yoox for the launch of an exclusive collection to be released on 12 July.
The design language of the capsule takes cues from the graphics of Mendes’ latest album titled “Shawn Mendes,” with an assortment of leather biker jackets, T-shirts and sweatshirts showing similar aesthetics and priced between US $ 121 and US $ 1,500.
This is not the singer’s first fashion foray, as he appeared in the campaigns of Calvin Klein Jeans and Underwear at the start of the year. Later on, he furthered his partnership with Emporio Armani, the brand that had chosen him to feature in its timepiece campaign in 2017.
The latest images of the collection were rolled out a few days prior to Mendes’ new international tour, which started on 7 March.
After being nominated for two Grammy Awards at this year’s ceremony for the album “In My Blood,” the singer is now promoting his third, namesake effort, and his successful career take-off is turning heads of many in the fashion industry as well.
