Monforts will be a part of the VDMA Textile Machinery Association’s delegation that will be visiting Pakistan from 11 to 14 November.

The delegation comprises selected highly innovative and technologically advanced German firms that specialise in production technologies along the entire textile value chain from spinning, knitting, weaving, nonwovens and finishing.

On 12 November, there will be a technical seminar at Hotel Karachi Avari Towers and on 14 November, there will be the second seminar at the Hotel Avari Lahore Towers.

Further, Manfred Havenlith, Area Sales Manager, Monforts, said “The regions surrounding both these cities have become major hubs for textile manufacturing, especially in home textiles and denim, where Monforts enjoys market-leading positions with its finishing systems.”

In addition to presenting at the seminars, Monforts will also be holding meetings with its existing and potential customers.

Manfred added “The Punjab region around Karachi, as Pakistan’s largest city, is now dense with denim manufacturers, many of whom have already shown keen interest in the new Monforts CYD continuous yarn dyeing system that we introduced at the recently concluded ITMA 2019 in Barcelona.”

The CYD system integrates new functions and processes into the weaving preparation processes – spinning, direct beaming, warping and assembly beaming – followed by sizing and dyeing so as to enhance quality, flexibility, economic viability and productivity.
