Taking over three well-known textile trade fairs, Simatex, Emitex and Confemaq in Argentina, Messe Frankfurt has strategically expanded its Technical Textiles & Textile Processing Business division which now includes Texprocess and Techtextil. This move to reinforce its position as the world’s leading trade fair organizer will also offer a new opportunity for the company’s customers to access the textile and garment market of South America. “The Argentinean trio of fairs perfectly supplements our business field,” says Detlef Braun, Member of the Executive Board of Messe Frankfurt while explaining that Simatex and Confemaq are similar to Texprocess as they exhibit innovative technologies for the textile supply chain and the Emitex is a perfect sourcing platform for the visitors to Argentina.
