Italian specialist of fabric finishing machinery, Bianco will display its advanced and eco-clean washing line – Happy Scour – to remove weaving oils with reduced economic and environmental impact at the upcoming India ITME 2016, slated to be held from 3rd to 8th December 2016 in Mumbai.
The machine has been especially developed for finishing of knitted or woven fabrics made from synthetic fibre or elastomer, which are the most sensitive to shrinkage and have the highest oil content. This technology can be successfully applied on all kinds of fabrics, even the ones that need washing before heat setting.

Bianco Happy Scour is mounted in front of a stenter which when combined with a traditional squeezing padder, allows continuous in-line preparation. Fabrics hence produced do not require washing before dyeing.
The machine utilizes a speciality chemical product for the scouring of oils, specifically developed for this purpose, which contains natural water-soluble compound, cleaning agent, dispersing agent and a sequestering agent. The technology guarantees an absolutely tensionless process and furthermore special treatment in the washing tank with nozzles helps create a gentle and effective relaxation for the fabrics.
Fabrics scoured with Bianco Happy Scour have a soft and natural handle, as all the oils are removed before the fabrics enters the stenter, which is a smoke-free area, and do not get burnt into the fabric. After heat setting, fabrics scoured in Happy Scour incur far less yellowing and have a better uniform tone compared to partially scoured fabrics.
The dyeing time is shortened due to reducing fabric pre-treatment which has minimal damage on fibre. The process ensures best recipe in terms of performance and cost saving. The machine also consumes up to 4-6 litres per kg of fabrics, a minimal amount, primarily due to the innovative nozzles washing fabrics on both sides.
