And yet again VDMA takes an initiative with this regard!
Come 12 November 2020 (2 pm – 4 pm CET) and VDMA will come up with another technology webtalk that will throw light on ‘Sustainable denim production: latest finishing technologies.’
The much-awaited webtalk will feature following industry experts:
Volker Kunzmann, from FONG’S EUROPE (www.fongs.eu), will present highly efficient and innovative wet finishing solutions for denim by combining modular systems adapted to the product and customers and local specifications.
Then there’s Hans Wroblowski from A. Monforts Textilmaschinen (www.monforts.de), who will talk about advanced denim finishing technologies with a focus on ecological and economical energy consumption.
Besides, a new yarn dyeing process will be presented during the webtalk.
Dr. Jürgen Thoms from PLEVA (www.pleva.org) will present online measuring and control devices for sustainable and cost-effective denim finishing.
Importantly, latest technologies in straightening, preskewing, moisture management and quality reporting will also be shown.
Once the presentations are over, the experts will be available to respond to participants’ questions.
