The 14th edition of Indian Fashion Jewellery & Accessories show (IFJAS’21) virtual fair, organised by Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH), concluded successfully as over 475 overseas buyers, buying agents, wholesalers and retailers generated serious business enquiries worth around Rs. 80 crore.
In a statement, Raj Kumar Malhotra, Chairman, EPCH informed that the fashion jewellery, stoles, scarves, shawls, hand bags, clutch, purses, belts, wallets, neck ties, beads, stones, crystal, hair accessories, fancy fashion footwear, tattoos and bindies were displayed by the participants.
Dr. Rakesh Kumar, DG, EPCH informed that buyers from more than 60 countries and leading domestic players like Amazon India, Reliance Retail, Mantra Designs, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Group, Ajio Corn visited the show.
The event also had webinars on topics like Trend & Forecast – Jewellery & Accessories Autumn/Winter 2022/23, Cyber Security & Proactive Measures, How To Increase Profit In Your Pocket by using Solar Energy.
Craft demonstrations of traditional artistic jewellery, stoles, scarves and shawl, Meenakari, traditional artistic gulabi meenakari and trends pavilion were the other highlights of the IFJAS’2021 virtual fair.
