After its stint in Berlin last May, Denim Premiere Vision is all set to be held in Milan, Italy this year from 23rd – 24th November 2022. This year’s edition, being held at Milan’s Superstudio Più, will also mark the fifteenth anniversary of the event.
The edition will feature around 70 international suppliers. More than 40 fabric suppliers and 15 manufacturers will be present, as well as accessory and supply specialists, yarn and fibre producers and other service providers.
The fair will feature a high number of non-European suppliers, around 40 in total, coming from Turkey, Morocco and Tunisia, as well as from China, Pakistan, Japan, India, Bangladesh and South Korea. European production will be represented by Italian, Spanish and French companies.
Companies such as Rajby Textiles Pvt. Ltd , Tavex, Bossa, Isko, Velcorex, Tavec, Calik Denim, Kurabo, Kuroki, Pacific Jeans, Komet Metal and Tintes Egara are among those scheduled to attend.
The Denim Fashion District will feature a dozen apparel and accessories brands presenting a preview of Spring/Summer 2023 concepts made in collaboration with the show’s exhibitors. The Italian brands Gimmy jeans, Milena Andrade, Gallia Hen’s Teeth and Stripes of Road, French company Revibe, British firm Denzilpatrick, Dutch company Intoxica and German brand Fade out Label will all be taking part in the event.
Conferences and speeches will be held over the two-day event. Aside from vendor presentations and panel discussions, professionals will have the opportunity to attend many seminars on denim trends for Spring/Summer 2024. Among the activities proposed, an exhibition by Cotone Organico Sicilia will promote Sicilian cotton, while the WP Lavoris in Corso group will exhibit a selection of pieces from its archives. La Tessitura La Colombina will be holding a workshop to teach visitors how to hand weave.
