French composite materials and engineered textiles manufacturer Chomarat will debut at the TechTextil 2015 trade show. It will present coated fabrics and technical films, grids and reinforcements for composites, in a range of sectors that includes construction, luggage, luxury, telephony and design. “We are one of the rare players in the market to propose this type of synergy between know-how and technology, which enables us to meet the demands of the market, and to tailor our solutions to each customer’s requirements,” says Philippe Chomarat, Head of Chomarat’s Coatings & Films business. Among other things, Chomarat will present Oflex™ (coated fabrics). OFLEXTM Design and OFLEXTM Bio-based are two coated fabric lines that offer a wide range of design possibilities in the luggage, luxury-accessory and telephony sectors, without sacrificing any strength and low-weight properties.
