Asia Pacific Leather Fair, known to the world as APLF, is going to be postponed again!
Earlier last month, APLF was postponed to June 2020 so as to combat the Coronavirus scare, but with most of the countries across the globe currently locked down, the event has been further postponed.
As a part of effort of Governments of all countries, every visitor to Hong Kong, which organises APLF, has to necessarily self-quarantine for 2 weeks.
Self-quarantine for 2 weeks, which was started early last week in Hong Kong, means it will be highly challenging for the visitors to involve and participate in the trade show. Therefore there doesn’t seem to be any option other than rescheduling the event.
APLF has said that under the current scenario, it has now become very important to make further changes to the fair dates and consequently postpone the fair.
The organisers are closely coordinating with all the stakeholders and Hong Kong venues to arrive at a new date.
