The Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI) is organizing 63rd National Garment Fair from July 13-15, 2015 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon (East), Mumbai (India), as announced at a CMAI press conference today.
The B2B fair, which is India’s largest ever garment fair to be held yet, will accommodate 742 stalls displaying 812 brands, as stated by Rahul Mehta, President – CMAI. Approximately 40,000 retailers from all over India are expected to visit the fair, mainly to interact and take part in the Business Networking Sessions. There will be three session this year, catering to the agents and distributors, high street retailers and e-commerce companies.

More than 50,000 invitations cards already have been send out by the association, with the names of the participating brands of men’s wear, women’s wear, kid’s wear and accessories to retailers, wholesalers, agents and distributors across the country. CMAI has also extended an invitation to Santosh Kumar Gangwar, Minister of State for Textiles, Government of India to attend the event as the Chief Guest and inaugurate it with Rashmi Verma, IAS, Secretary (Textiles) as the Guest of Honour at the inauguration ceremony of National Garment Fair 2016.
