Tirotex installs Bruckner’s finishing line for home textiles

Tirotex, a Moldova-based vertically structured textile manufacturer, has installed a new line of pigment dyeing machines, for home textiles production, provided by German equipment manufacturer Bruckner, following many years of cooperation with the German company.

The new Bruckner line is suitable for the conventional finishing of bed and table linen. With an 8-zone Power-Frame Stenter of 3.20 metres working width, the line is provided additionally with an infra-red dryer and a horizontal nozzle-type pre-dryer with two fabric passages.

Bruckner said, “The modular structure of the line will allow the implementation of various technological processes and assure Tirotex a very high production capacity.” The alternately arranged thermo zones of the dryer and the proven split-flow air circulation system are said to result in an excellent quality in terms of homogeneity of the dyeing, along the complete fabric width.

Formerly, the Soviet Union’s biggest textile state-run company, Tirotex is now a modern, vertically structured textile producer with more than 1,000 employees. Both the companies commented that the deal will help strengthen their positions as a leading industry players in Moldova and across Eastern Europe.
