Guatemala-based fashion denim producer, Denimatrix SA, is deploying Fast React’s Evolve solution to reduce lead times and WIP, and improve productivity. With approximately 2,000 employees, Denimatrix produces fashion denim jeans for premium brands and retailers, including Abercrombie & Fitch, True Religion and Quicksilver. Taking a leap forward, the manufacturer assessed its operations, business processes and systems and recognized that the largely manual methods for manufacturing planning and control so common in the industry, were labour intensive and did not provide the level of visibility, control and efficiency that the business required to take performance to the next level.
