K. Taht Holdings, a textile company engaged in designing and production of children’s clothing and home textiles has acquired the knit fabrics factory, Qualitex AS from Tolaram Group which has a turnover of Euro 3.9 million and an operating profit of € 250,000. This deal followed the Tolaram Group’s decision to focus more on the paper and pulp industry and real estate in Estonia and leave the textile business. “The vision is to increase the export volumes, especially in Scandinavia, both in fabrics and finished products segment,” said Kristi Täht, owner of the Estonian textile company. She will be the new Qualitex AS Board Chairwoman.
