The event was organised by Cotton USA.
Meanwhile, President of the Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) Mohammad Ali Khokon, reportedly, maintained 11 per cent of the 8.5 million bales of cotton imported by Bangladesh from the international market in the last fiscal year, was from the US while also adding the import of cotton from the US is likely to reach 14 per cent of total cotton imports for Bangladesh by this year.
