Perry Ellis International, leading designer, distributor and licensor of a broad line of high quality men’s and women’s apparel, accessories and fragrances, has entered into a licensing agreement with Chun Yuan International Company granting rights to design and distribute Original Penguin by Munsingwear® fashion bedding and home products in the Philippines.
