Panorama Exports, a Faridabad based export house with 500 machines and a turnover of US $ 12 million (Rs. 60 crore approximately) and working for the European market for a long time has successfully implemented the RAGS Benefit for Business and Workers (BBW) program, in association with Rajesh Bheda Consulting (RBC) and achieved good results to control absenteeism. “We had a very high rate of absenteeism before this program was implemented, but now the absenteeism rate is much lower and we have also offered incentive plans to staff at various levels to motivate them. After this program our employees are giving their best,” says Anil Sachdeva, CEO, Panorama Exports.
