
The seventh round of the Bangladesh-India Joint Consultative Commission (JCC) was held in on 19 June (Sunday) in New Delhi.
Media reports maintained this adding in the meeting of the JCC, jointly co-chaired by India’s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Bangladesh Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen, the excellent bilateral ties shared by the two countries were acknowledged.
Both the ministers reiterated the importance of closer cooperation to expeditiously implement their leaders’ decisions and to further deepen and strengthen mutual engagement in all sectors of bilateral cooperation.
Both the sides also, reportedly, agreed to work closely to further deepen and strengthen cooperation on common rivers and water resources management.
