During the 32nd annual general meeting of KDS Accessories Ltd, a 10 per cent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2022-2023 was announced.
This is as per reports, which added the virtual meeting, presided over by the company’s Chairman, Khalilur Rahman, saw active participation from a substantial number of shareholders.
The meeting’s agenda included the approval of the audited financial statements for the year 2022-23, the reappointment of the company’s managing director, the re-election of directors, and the appointment of auditors.
