Endorsing the importance of appropriate and timely lubrication in maintenance for improved machine uptime, productivity and quality, A.T.E.-an Indian trader of state of the art textile solutions has devised a specialized training on lubrication for textile processing units, imparted by A.T.E.’s highly trained team of engineers. One such session was recently organized at Alok Industries, Vapi, covering Monforts stenters, shrinking ranges, pad dry machines, E-control machine, MXL machines and Osthoff singeing machines for engineering, production and shop-floor teams. “We appreciate ATE’s efforts to provide us information on various lubes & oils .Participants found the training program intense and applicable for our process machines. We hope the session will achieve its purpose and help us in our machine maintenance and reduce wear & tear of the bearings,” said Vivek Tripathi,HR, Alok industries. The training covered both class room and on the job training, during which the A.T.E. trainers assisted the operators to prepare and analyse the lubrication requirements for various machines and simultaneously explained and demonstrated to the machine operators the right lubricant and right method of application.
