Gujarat based Raja Exports, a joint venture partner of Pashupati Cotspin LLP, at KADI, Gujarat, having 15,000 spindles has added another 21,000 spindles in first week of Dec. 2013, thus totalling a capacity of 36,000 spindles.
Presently the company is manufacturing 40/1 combed knitting yarn on all spindles, however the plant is also equipped for manufacturing 30s to 40s depending upon requirements. In Pashupati Cotton LLP, there are 25,000 spindles and mill has started its commercial production from 20th November 2013. As on date, 12 ring frames are running which are expected to run in full capacity by the end of this month. Running counts are almost same in Pashupati and D Raja, i.e. 30s to 40s combed hos, weaving and compact yarn.
With a total combined capacity of 61,000 spindles, Group has its several ginning plants which are producing 2500-3000 bales Cotton Shanker-6., BCI cotton, Organic Cotton every day which is for both domestic and exports. Group is already exporting cotton to China, Turkey, Bangladesh, Pakistan and many more countries.
