To promote the cost reduction in textile mills, CITI’s Birla Economic and Textile Research Foundation, Delhi have decided to grant an award to the textile mills that have achieved excellence in ‘cost reduction’ during 2014-15. The foundation has issued a Performa of eight page which seeks complete detail of textile mill, its production and details of cost reduction in 11 areas ranging from power, fuel, water and raw material, to colors and chemical, packing material.
