VIA Outlets, the fastest growing owner-operator of outlet shopping destinations in Europe, has announced to extend and remodel itself with a programme that is worth 29 million euros targeting three locations in Spain, Poland and Sweden, in a bid to make the stores a premium shopping destinations.
Notably, the outlet operator has already begun its expansion plans in Sweden, as it is boosting the total space by an additional 29,000 sq.ft. along with including 16 outlets which will take the total number to 75.
It is important to add here that recently, a new train station was inaugurated near the outlet that offers the visitors the liberty to travel to the store from the Gothenburg’s city centre in around 20 minutes. The investment for this centre is worth 11 million euros and it is expected to be operational by October next year.
Furthermore, the Spain-based outlet too started its revamp last month and installed 4 new kiosks as well as expanding its parking areas. It said that the Spanish location will be further enhanced next year with an investment that will touch the 13 million euro mark.
