Macy’s, the American fashion retail bigwig, has joined hands with Fanatics!
The apparel retailer has announced that it has entered into a long and exclusive partnership with Fanatics, which will enhance Macy’s assortment of fan gear online and through its app.
While confirming the same through media release, it was also stated that the alliance will grow the fan apparel product offering at Macy’s by nearly 20 times.
Notably, it’s the largest selection of licensed sports products ever offered at Macy’s. While the US retailer will look into the front-end of online operations, Fanatics will fulfill and ship orders.
The partnership expands Macy’s assortment of apparels, fan gear and hard goods and encompasses all leagues like NBA and NHL, amongst others. Importantly, it features products from well-known fashion brands such as New Era, adidas, Under Armour and Nike.
Besides, championship merchandise will also be available at Macy’s along with other ‘real-time products’ that are designed on-demand.
This is not the first time Fanatics has teamed up with other retailers. Back in 2018, the firm had unveiled team apparel shops in JCPenney stores.
