
International apparel brand United Colours of Benetton has partnered with French 3PL service provider FM Logistic India to handle the brand’s warehousing operations across the country. The operation formally began in the presence of Ramprasad Sridharan, CEO of United Colors of Benetton India, and Alexandre Amine Soufiani, MD of FM Logistic India.

To accelerate the boost of UCB’s expansion in the Indian market, FM Logistic will implement comprehensive supply chain and IT solutions that will be plug-and-play ready. The warehousing operations will run from Farrukhnagar, Haryana, and will have a storage facility of 1 lakh sq. ft. FM Logistic will manage the returns and refurbishments along with labelling and repackaging.
As per reports, Farrukhanagar MCF, which is 7 lakh sq. ft. in size is the country’s first FM global-certified and LEED gold-certified warehouse with top-notch facilities including solar panels, water treatment plant, rainwater harvesting, world-class insulation and ventilation and many such facilities.
