Daniel Pustina will take over as Managing Director, Oceania at Puma.
Since the beginning of 2024, Pustina has been operating for the athletic products firm in Melbourne. On 4th January 2024, he revealed his promotion on the professional networking site Linkedin.
Pustina formerly worked for Puma in its Herzogenaurach headquarters as the company’s head of sales, Central Europe, following joining the firm in August 2020 as the company’s head of sales for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).
Pustina said, “This is an incredible chance to join the Oceania team and work in a place with a strong sporting culture. I am excited to get to Australia and New Zealand to get to know our team, customers, and partners, and to continue Puma’s market growth.”
He began his career in 2004 with Puma’s direct competitor Adidas, where he held several positions for almost 11 years, the most recent of which was senior sales director.
He subsequently went to the US sports company Under Armour, where he served as regional director DACH in Munich and then as senior director key accounts for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in Amsterdam before joining Puma. Puma, on the other hand, is yet to confirm the same.
