By this summer, Primark plans to have its click-and-collect service fully operational in all 186 of its UK locations. Starting 26th February, the option will go live in a further 18 stores, which puts the number of Primark stores offering click & collect to 131, over three-quarters of its estate across the UK.
For the first time, thousands of the retail behemoth’s products—including apparel for men, women, children, and home goods—will be available for click and collect as part of the rollout. Before picking up their purchases in-store two days later, at a time that works for them, customers can peruse and place orders on the Primark website.
Customers can access new and enlarged ranges that they might not otherwise be able to purchase at their local store thanks to the service, the company added.
This includes its recently launched adaptable clothing line, which was created in collaboration with disability advocate and adaptive designer Victoria Jenkins. The firm stated in April of last year that by the end of 2025, its click-and-collect service would be available in every shop.
As it looks for methods to give customers more convenience and choice and more reasons to visit their local Primark store and high street, it added that the continued growth of click and collect is only one aspect of its ongoing investments in its stores.
