UK-based PrettyLittleThing has collaborated with the charity collective GirlvsCancer to develop the brand’s first-ever post-surgery lingerie, with an emphasis on comfort and inclusivity, as well as aiming at bringing about important social change.
The product line includes seamless bras, lace dressing gowns and bodysuits that are sensual, comfortable and, most importantly, empowering.
Notably, they are available in sizes XS to XXL with prices ranging from US $ 18 to US $ 55.
Every year, thousands of women undergo breast cancer surgery, and with no options for fashionable or economical post-surgery lingerie, the launch is a message to handle the taboo to shift the perceptions of those impacted by breast cancer and encourage women for a regular self-check.
“GirlvsCancer exists to crush the stigma, stop isolation and bring mindset change. I’m so incredibly proud of this collection that incorporates a range of lingerie made for everybody but created with breast cancer patients in mind,” Lauren Mahon, founder of GirlvsCancer, explained.
