Pomelo arrives in Singapore! The fast fashion Thailand-based online brand Pomelo launched a flagship outlet at 313@Somerset, one of the most popular shopping malls in Singapore.
The newly opened store is its largest store to date and also its 9th in Southeast Asia. In fact, the brand has made it clear that it plans to increase its Asian branches to 150 by the year 2023. And, Pomelo in Singapore is one step towards that direction.
So what’s the new outlet offering for its Singapore shoppers!
Extended over an area of 6,000 square feet, the store will display an entire catalogue of Pomelo’s 8,000 products across different lines for its shoppers. In addition to showcasing exquisite collections perfectly fitting local requirements, there will be seasonal collections for Ramadan, Christmas and Chinese New Year.
While stressing that each country shops differently from the other, David Jou, Chief Executive Officer, Pomelo Fashion, said “Shoppers in Singapore shop differently from those in Thailand. Workwear, modestwear and occasionwear are very popular in Singapore and therefore we are stocking these collections in our Singapore store to meet customers’ needs.”
Singapore is not new to Pomelo. The e-commerce firm has been serving the customers of the country for 6 years and this new store is just an effort to enhance Pomelo’s omnichannel strategy.
Pomelo is ensuring that the customers get the best shopping experience through computers, mobile phones and now the retail store.
