After the initial collaboration between Nike and Jacquemus for the Humara model, the US-based Nike and French luxury label Jacquemus have rejoined to bring the new collection called J Force 1 or the JF1.
The collection is inspired by the classic Air Force 1 and the ACG Terra with the added sophistication of Jacquemus. The J Force 1 will feature woven detailing along with leather overlay and silver metal mini-Swoosh logo as well as the ‘JF1’ dubrae.
The JF1 will appeal to chic streetwear looks and will be available in the colour white but sooner black colourway may come into picture.
Simon Porte Jacquemus, the French fashion designer, explained the concept and inspiration behind the JF1 silhouette. He additionally commented, “I also wanted to bring a woven, technical aspect to the silhouette, which can often be found throughout my collections. I liked the idea of separating the shoe in half and creating a puzzle on its unique assembly,”
