The National Basketball Association (NBA) has extended its collaboration with Suditi Sports Apparel, a key player in clothing exports. This multiyear partnership expands on their existing ties and grants Suditi the license to produce and distribute fully authorised NBA fanwear across India, reports say.
Fans can now access an expanded range of official NBA merchandise, encompassing player fanwear, apparel, headwear, innerwear, accessories, and more. The entire collection is available through Suditi’s direct-to-consumer platform, ShopTheArena.com, as well as selected offline and online retail channels across India.
Sunny Malik, NBA India’s Business Head of Global Partnerships and Media, remarked, “Over the past five years, Suditi has played a vital role in helping us grow basketball and the NBA’s popularity in India. There’s a clear demand for a more comprehensive range of NBA merchandise in the country, which is reflected by the fact that sales of NBA-branded Suditi products have grown four times since the launch of our collaboration.”
Reflecting on the enriching five-year journey, Harsh Agarwal, Co-Founder of Suditi Sports Apparel, emphasised the invaluable learning experiences from both the NBA and Indian consumers.
