Mytheresa unveils newly renovated menswear store in Munich city centre after two-month closure. After its initial opening in June 2020 as part of Mytheresa’s expansion into menswear in January 2020, the store underwent renovation in April 2023 before reopening.
Led by Italian interior design firm Studio Baciocchi, the eight-week refurbishment resulted in the expansion of the shopfloor size from approximately 1,000 sq ft to over 3,000 sq.ft.
As part of the renovation, the store entrance has been extended and now features two additional glass windows, offering a broader view of the merchandise and enhancing natural lighting within the space.
MyTheresa’s expansion includes two additional fitting rooms for customers to try on the latest menswear offerings from luxury brands like Bottega Veneta, Celine, Gucci, Givenchy, Jil Sander, Moncler, Prada, Saint Laurent, as well as new additions Loewe, Jacquemus, and Brunello Cucinelli.
Michael Kliger, CEO of Mytheresa, expressed excitement about the store reopening and the significantly improved shopping experience it offers for their menswear clientele in Munich.
“We aim to deliver the ultimate luxury shopping experience for menswear by offering an expanded space, luxurious design, and a carefully curated assortment,” said Michael Kliger, CEO of Mytheresa. Additionally, Mytheresa has a womenswear store in Munich that has been operating since 1987.
