LVMH, the French fashion conglomerate that specialises in luxury goods, has launched an employee assistance programme to help its 150,000 employees across over 70 countries.
So, what’s this LVMH heart fund all about!
The £30 million support fund provides a free, anonymous and confidential help hotline – especially to help its employees deal with critical personal situations and day-to-day issues.
The intent is to help employees financially and psychologically to overcome the crisis.
The move yet again strengthens LVMH’s commitment as an employer to provide a safe, secure and satisfying environment for all its employees.
More on this, Bernard Arnault, Chairman and CEO, LVMH, said that the success of any company is not only measured by its financial results, but also by its contribution to society and the support it provides to its employees, across the world.
He added “Commitment is one of our core values, and the launch of the LVMH Heart Fund is yet another example.”
Founded in 1987, the Group is known for its apparels, fashion accessories and beauty products, amongst others. It generated €53.7 billion in 2019 and has its headquarters in Paris.
