Lounge Underwear, the British lingerie and loungewear e-tailer, recently opened its new head office in Solihull, England.
The new head office, spread over an area of 54,000 square feet, will further expand brand’s presence at Blythe Valley Park, which already has its offices and a distribution centre.
There is already lot of talk about the eye-catching design features that include an 8-metre high paper sculpture of a woman at the entrance – made of brand’s maiden lingerie patterns.
To add to this, other highlights like a wellness room, fully equipped gymnasium, virtual shopping hub for guests add to the look of the three-storey office.
Currently, the brand has moved to the new office with 100 people, but over the course of the year it aims to double the number of staff. Reportedly, there’s space to accommodate 600 people.
Stating that the new global head office couldn’t have come at a better time, Melanie Marsden, Co-founder and CBO, said “Throughout the pandemic, with our team working from their own homes, we have worked long and hard to design a destination for comfort, collaboration and a real sense of family.”
Lounge Underwear is a fashion and apparel retailer with online presence and sells apparel-related products. It has grown sales 250 per cent so far this year, compared to what it was during the same period in 2020.
