In order to strengthen its direct-to-consumer strategy, denim and lifestyle giant Levi’s has built a new immersive store in London’s Knightsbridge Estate “by offering a curated head-to-toe experience.”
In order to “redefine denim retail,” the brand’s new 3,229 square foot location at 61 Brompton Road has been built to provide an enhanced in-store experience, support its direct-to-consumer business model, and emphasise head-to-toe denim lifestyle dressing.
“Our new Knightsbridge store embeds the Levi’s brand at the centre of another iconic London neighbourhood, affirming our position as a denim lifestyle leader and a major direct-to-consumer retailer in UK and Europe,” said Lucia Marcuzzo, managing director of Europe at Levi Strauss & Co. in a statement.
In addition to celebrating local craftsmanship with its distinctive Trucker jackets created by Levi’s in-store tailors from locations across the UK and Ireland, such as Battersea, St Pancras, Manchester, Birmingham, and Kildare, the new two-story store boasts a striking glass façade. It also includes its denim lifestyle line, which includes a wider range of dresses, blouses and accessories in addition to its 501 jeans.
Additionally, the store is now offering a brand-new “ship to home” option for the first time, enticing both locals and visitors by enabling customers to have their shopping shipped straight to their doorstep.
The denim company said that its new Knightsbridge location “enhances Levi’s visibility and underscores the brand’s commitment to the city’s role as a global fashion and cultural hub.” Levi’s has 70 locations around the UK, with more than 10 of them located in London.
