In just a decade, American ready-to-wear label Veronica Beard, started by two sisters-in-law, has managed to carve a niche for itself in womenswear.
The womenswear fashion brand has announced the opening of another store in Boston to woo all the Americans who have developed a liking for the brand’s ready-to-wear, denim and footwear collections.
What’s notable is that this will be Veronica Beard’s 13th store in Boston – and that too at the much reputed Newbury Street, which also has luxury stores of Chanel and Giorgio Armani, amongst others.
The new store is already being talked about for its vintage artwork and rattan furniture. Add to this, another highlight is the blue and camel colour scheme with floral patterns.
The physical stores have been struggling and will continue to in 2021 as well, but Veronica Beard is one of the few retailers who believe that with the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine this year, shoppers will soon start visiting stores.
The brand was founded in 2010 and one of their first launches was Dickey Jacket. Notably, over the last few years, the brand has been doubling previous year’s sales.
