Indian ethnic wear brand Neeru’s has extended its physical retail presence in the country by opening first store in Pune.
The latest store, spread over an area of more than 2,000 square feet, was inaugurated by Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor at Phoenix MarketCity in Viman Nagar.
All the latest ethnic wear collections of the brand, its kids’ range, Little Neeru’s, have been stocked here. “The newly inaugurated store in Pune will serve as a shop-in-shop for our sub-brands too,” informed Avnish Kumar, Managing Director, Neeru’s.
After the opening of Pune store, the brand is preparing to launch its next in Hyderabad.
In addition to metro cities, Neeru’s is also eyeing to expand its footprint in Tier II and III cities in India and global expansion in the Middle East and the USA this fiscal. The brand also plans to expand its presence in other fashion hubs of South India and later covering pan-India at a gradual pace.
Hyderabad, Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Cochin, Lucknow, Raipur, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Nizamabad, Rajahmundry & Guntur are the major cities in India where Neeru’s has its physical presence.
Neeru’s has carved a distinct niche for itself since its launch in 1971, retailed its products through around 50 exclusive stores and almost 30 multi brand outlets in more than 25 Indian cities with one in Dubai.
The brand is aimed to be the leader in the ethnic wear field in India.
