It’s Friday, 26 November and George at Asda is all set to launch treasure hunt for pre-loved Gucci clothing today in select UK stores.
So as the day begins, 30 exclusive Gucci fashion pieces will be hidden on 50 George at Asda shopfloors (in London, Bristol and others) for the customers to buy. Notably, this is ahead of the release of Ridley Scott’s House of Gucci this Friday.
Interestingly, the retailer has decided to challenge the customers to a treasure hunt to find the items in their store as part of its ongoing work with its sustainability partner and vintage wholesaler PreLoved.
Also, teasers on social media channels will help encourage shoppers to hunt through their local Asda for the chance to purchase the items for as little as £12.
Proud to be associated with George at Asda, Steve Lynam, MD, Preloved Wholesaler, said “We are delighted to be able to offer their customers the chance to pick up something they have always dreamed of owning in their local supermarket.”
Approached by UK supermarket chain Asda, George at Asda was founded in the 1990s.
