Gen.G, after a successful year in the League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK), is making its return to the League of Legends World Championship with a fresh twist. The esports organisation has partnered with global streetwear brand The Hundreds to design their new Worlds jersey.
This unique jersey takes the spotlight in Gen.G’s Worlds anthem music video, featuring breakout artist ‘BIG Naughty,’ signed to H1GHR Music, founded by Gen.G’s Executive Music and Entertainment Advisor, Jay Park.
Titled ‘Rock the Cup,’ this anthem follows previous hits ‘ALL IN’ (2021) and ‘Rollin” (2022), showcasing Gen.G’s determination to conquer the global stage.
Fans can grab the special edition jersey in Korea at Gen.G Shop and in North America at The Hundreds Shop.
As Gen.G enters Worlds, they transform into the ‘White Tiger,’ a symbol of wisdom and enlightenment. The abstract tiger stripes pay homage to Gen.G’s fanbase, TigerNation, while the gradient represents the team’s journey in the 2023 season.
Bobby Kim, co-founder of The Hundreds, expressed excitement about the fusion of street fashion, Korean culture, and esports. Gen.G CEO Arnold Hur emphasized the team’s commitment to growth and proving themselves on the international stage through these collaborations.
