Fashion brands and retailers in Bangladesh are witnessing higher sales in run up to the Durga Puja even as they expressed hopes, sales this time around, will cross that of the pre-pandemic period and soon.
“If the situation continues like this, overall sales will surpass what it was during the Durga Puja of 2019,” reportedly, underlined the Manager of fashion house Rang Bangladesh Soumik Das, who went on to claim further sales have not only been satisfactory, but better than last year even as co-founder of Kay Kraft (which retails fashion wear, accessories, home textile, handicrafts and handloom-made products) Khalid Mahmood Khan, on his part reportedly, added the presence of shoppers is increasing day by day.
