Ermenegildo Zegna, the Italy-based luxury menswear label, unveiled a flagship store on Tmall Luxury Pavilion, which is Alibaba Group’s site entirely dedicated to premium brands. This was confirmed by Tmall Luxury Pavilion on 23 April 2019.

To commemorate the opening, the Italian fashion label will launch a series of Tmall-exclusive apparels and accessories that will be sold only through the Pavilion store. These products include cotton shirts and belts from its XXX collections.

Besides, Zegna, through the store, plans to lure its Chinese customers by offering them a good mix of branded content not only via latest news and trends but also offering exclusive sections like New Arrival, Weekly Wardrobe and Brand Gallery.

Zegna also intends to offer services such as door-to-door delivery upon request to its most-loyal clients.

Ermenegildo Zegna, Group CEO, said that he was delighted with the opportunity to expand the relationship with Tmall Luxury Pavilion by opening a flagship store on this significant online platform. This also enables brand’s endeavour to further expand into China.

Conforming with the same, Jiang Fan, President, Taobao and Tmall, said “Pavilion is all set to become the definitive gateway for online luxury shopping and premium experiences in China.”

This is Zegna’s maiden third-party e-commerce store in China.
