American workwear brand Dickies has announced the appointment of Denise Anderson to the role of vice president of global marketing.
Anderson comes to Dickies from Smartwool, where she worked for the last nine years in a variety of marketing and creative capacities, including four years as the global brand marketing and creative design leader. Anderson has over twenty years of experience in the field of marketing.
According to a news release, in her most recent position, the executive changed the marketing and creative team structure to be more seamlessly integrated into the company and assisted the brand in expanding its approach to customer communications.
Anderson’s primary place of employment in her new position will be the Dickies headquarters in Ft. Worth, Texas.
“Through her passion for creating authentic and meaningful consumer connections, Anderson is excited to bring her wealth of knowledge to the team at Dickies to further resonate with our community,” said the VF Corp.-owned brand in a press release.
