Club Factory has seen a massive jump in its number of registered sellers in 5 years.
The jump has been a whopping 4-fold with the numbers touching 20,000 now. And the Chinese e-commerce firm has plans to make it grow further by bringing on board more sellers.
More sellers means more range of products, which will help the online giant further strengthen its position as a marketplace for local Indian sellers, and offer best prices to buyers.
The objective is to get 15,000 orders daily.
To make that happen, Club Factory plans to not only invest big in technology and infrastructure in the coming years, but also build multiple approaches to empower small and medium sellers.
India indeed is big for the Chinese e-commerce firm and that will be one area of focus for the latter. Notably, out of its 70 million users, nearly 40 million are from India.
