Aritzia, the Canadian womenswear brand, has seen its revenue and profit grow strongly in the third quarter of the year.
The fashion brand, in the 3-month period that ended 28 November 2021, recorded revenue of Can$ 453.3 million. That’s a 62.9 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) jump. However, when compared to the same period in 2019, the rise was 69.6 per cent.
The brand also saw its e-commerce sales touch Can$ 148 million during the said quarter – at a Y-o-Y jump of 46.9 per cent.
When compared to Q3 of 2019, the e-commerce sales rise was a whopping 162.2 per cent.
An elated Brian Hill, Founder and CEO, Aritzia, said that the net revenue was up 115.1 per cent from the previous year to Can$ 198.7 million.
Notably, the brand made a net income of Can$ 64.9 million in Q3, which was 112.9 per cent higher than what it was a year earlier.
