Anine Bing recently announced the appointment of Julie Bourgeois as the Los Angeles-based brand’s first global president, effective immediately.
In her new role, Bourgeois will report to Nico Bing, Anine Bing co-founder and CEO. She will collaborate with the executive team to guide the company through its next growth phase, emphasizing its global position.
Bourgeois will drive growth across key revenue channels including wholesale, retail, and e-commerce. She will also work closely with teams to develop innovative brand marketing opportunities and omnichannel strategies, according to a press release.
Based in Paris, Bourgeois will play a significant role in building the Anine Bing team in Europe. The new Paris office will open this month, following the brand’s second US office in NYC, which opened in May 2024.
An executive with extensive experience in the global fashion and luxury retail sectors, Bourgeois has held high-profile roles at LVMH, Richemont, Four Seasons, Nespresso, Khaite, and Jacadi. In her most recent role as senior vice president, global head of retail, and global head of experiential signature at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, she transformed retail and experiential strategies, driving significant profitability and growth. As CEO of Jacadi America, she achieved brand growth and led the acquisitions of Catimini and Absorba.
Anine Bing, founder and chief creative officer, said, “Julie understands the Anine Bing woman and completely embodies the brand; she has impeccable taste and is an incredible business leader with a proven track record of success. We are delighted to have her join the Anine Bing team.”
Last September, the US fashion brand unveiled its first campaign starring Kate Moss.
