Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F), the American lifestyle retailer, has joined hands with US fashion e-tailer Zappos to distribute clothes through the latter’s platform.
Starting today (16 August), the collaboration includes A&F’s denim offerings as well as essential tops and shoes.
And it’s not just apparels! Both of them also collaborated on an exclusive footwear collection, which will also be available to all on the websites of A&F and Zappos.
Reportedly, A&F’s denim will also be highlighted in a Denim Shop on Zappos for a period of two weeks. Notably, shoppers can use Zappos’ Fit Finder to purchase the best pair.
It was only last month A&F had appointed Samir Desai as its Chief Digital and Technology Officer in its efforts to enhance digital transformation and further improve its omnichannel strategy.
As a part of the deal, Zappos will exhibit A&F outfit ideas for women and kids. A&F kidswear will be available across all categories, which include the likes of denim, tops and bottoms.
Zappos is an American online clothing retailer based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Founded in 1999, it is mainly known for its apparels, shoes and handbags, amongst others. Amazon had acquired Zappos back in 2009.
