Puma has announced the opening of a creative hub at its headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany. Studio 48 is designed in collaboration with designers and creatives to develop new performance and Sportstyle products and campaigns too.
Studio 48 notably features advanced facilities, which include leather and textile sewing machines, printing and embroidery setups, a product testing zone, a photo studio, and meeting spaces.
Heiko Desens, Puma’s Vice President of Creative Direction and Innovation stated that Studio48 is a space that enhances the company’s design capabilities and elevates the brand since it is a transformative space for innovation.
The space will also be used to host workshops, events, and collaborations with external partners to further strengthen Puma’s global design network. Celebrating its launch, Puma has also hosted a workshop that has been led by US-based upcycler Nicole McLaughlin.
Earlier this year, Puma announced plans for a creative hub in Los Angeles to support innovative campaigns for the US market.
